Yes. City Accommodations is a PPRA-registered property practitioner with a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate, and our administration is aligned with CSOS and STSMA requirements. Scheme and client funds are safeguarded in a dedicated trust account, and you receive transparent monthly statements.
Both manage residential communities, but a body corporate governs a sectional title scheme under the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act, while a homeowners association governs a freehold estate under its own constitution and rules. We manage both, tailoring our service to each structure.
