Property management services in Johannesburg
Five services covering the full life of a residential property: the scheme that governs it, the money that funds it, the tenant who occupies it and the sale or letting that starts it.

Most owners need two of these and are only being quoted for one. Tell us what you hold and how it is currently managed, and we will set out which services actually apply.
Get in touchHow an appointment works
The same four stages, whether it is a scheme changing agents or a landlord handing over a first unit.
Assessment
We review what you have: financial position, arrears, governing documents, compliance status and outstanding maintenance. You get our findings whether or not you appoint us.
Transition
Resolution, notice to the outgoing agent, and a structured handover of records, balances, contracts and insurance. We reconcile the opening position before we start.
Management
Day-to-day administration: financials, levies or rent, compliance, maintenance, meetings and communication, run by a named account manager.
Review
Monthly reporting and regular reviews against the budget and the maintenance plan, with recommendations ahead of each financial year-end.
Tell us what you are managing
A short conversation is usually enough to establish whether we are the right fit. If we are not, we will say so.
